この度、一橋病院の副院長・兼股関節センター長として着任しました渡邉実と申します。
私はこれまで2,700例を超える股関節手術を行って参りました。私の目指すものは、1人でも多くの患者様に笑顔を取り戻していただくように、今まで培った技術を最大限発揮することであります。

当センターでは2025年にNavigation System導入（主に大腿骨側、臼蓋側の骨切り術に使用）。
2026年7月に多摩地区初となるロボット支援手術を導入いたしました。今までの股関節手術の経験と、人間の目の曖昧さを排除し、先端技術を駆使することで、より良い股関節を患者様に提供したいと考えております。

人工股関節全置換術はもとより、人工関節ゆるみ、人工関節周囲骨折、感染に対する人工関節再置換術、小児頚部骨折後の外傷性大腿骨頭壊死症に対するNavigation Systemを使用した大腿骨頭回転骨切り術、また若年者（20～30代）の大腿骨頭壊死症に関しては、私自身が考案した大腿骨球状内反回転骨切り術、臼蓋形成不全に関しては、棚形成術を行っております。昨今Computer-Assisted-Surgery(CAS)を用いる事により、難易度の高い手術も容易に行えるようになっています。
